The frame is laser cut mild steel with a high density foam padded top for additional comfort and comes with a Spud Inc Belt which fastens around your ankles, enabling you to move the weight plates at a pace controlled by you. The 2 sets of neoprene handles provide additional grip for varying user heights. The rubber feet will keep the product securely in place and will reduce the impact on the floor.
