Our Seated Dual Cable Machine allows you to train a huge range of muscle groups in ‘non standard’ ways thanks to the Adjustability of the Twin Weight Stacks and the Sliding Backrest Assembly.

By manipulating the position of the pulleys on the dual cable columns with the seat fore and aft position you can precisely alter the Strength Curve and target very specific Muscle Groups within a huge range of exercises including:

Seated Chest Press and Flyes
Seated Shoulder Presses
Seated Bicep Curls
Seated Overhead Tricep Extensions
Seated Lateral Raises – Plus many more…

Stainless Steel beams for adjusting the Pulleys and Seat height ensure there is no Plating or Paint to wear out over time.

Our Linear Bearing system gives the Smoothest, Gliding action when adjusting the fore/aft position of the Seat assembly.

2x 100kg Weight Stacks give plenty of resistance (upgradable if required) and the small footprint means you can fit this versatile machine in a very limited space.
