Product Advantages

The compact Smith Machine makes it possible to train alone safely thanks to the integrated barbell. This fixed barbell moves smoothly up and down the guide bars and can be hooked in quickly and easily with one movement, for example when the weight can no longer be pressed up. This makes this rack ideal for safe training alone. It is also possible to train with a separate barbell at the front of the rack. In combination with the Multi Bench, this compact rack forms a complete home gym in the smallest training rooms. The rack can also be expanded with a lat pulley, allowing even more exercises and training variants.

• The hooks are height adjustable in 25 positions, in fine 50mm steps with numbering for easy positioning
• Inside the rack, the hooks also serve as additional emergency supports for the barbell bar, for double safety
• Versatile multi-grip chin-up bar with sensible and effective grip variants and a handle width of 110 cm
• Suitable for 30 mm weight plates, optionally expandable with 50 mm adapters (2 x 37 cm)
